AGNC was founded in 1992, starting our operations in Paranaque City. From our beginnings as a small neighborhood-based operation, with limited equipment and know-how, we have grown over the years in our capabilities. Now with our processing plant in Dasmarinas, Cavite, AGNC boasts of mechanized facilities and increased product output. Committed to precision processing and strict quality assurance, we deliver nuts that enhance the quality of our final products, backed by reliable customer support.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we provide our people training opportunities on relevant established food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.). We ensure our processes and practices comply with the latest requirements and protocols.


We also focus on our people’s wellbeing – we provide housing benefits to qualified employees, have weekly sports and recreation activities sponsored by AGNC, and have established an annual medical check-up program.


Looking to the future, we envision an AGNC that provides more products and serves more markets. Our aim is to diversify with a broader range of nut types and products for other client segments. To support our goal of automating our processes, we are investing not only in new equipment, but in improving and expanding our facilities. These will ensure we are ready to move into even more regions throughout the country.
